For all Aerobeds and Intex Air Beds:
We accepts returns only within 30 days after shipment. Return shipments must display the return authorization (RA) number clearly on the shipping carton next to the shipping label. Returns without a properly displayed RA# will be rejected. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip to be eligible for credit. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. We will not issue credit for unpaid merchandise. ONEinc will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment. We will not issue call tags for returns. We will issue credit only for an eligible return.
Intex will replace a bed returned with a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the original purchase date. The product must be returned to Intex along with a copy of the validated sales receipt, customer name, address, telephone number and a brief note explaining the reason for the claim. It is suggested that the customer ship the product to Intex using a traceable shipping method. Intex will not be responsible for any product lost in transit. The responsibility of the shipping cost to Intex is that of the end customer. For defect claim inquiries the customer must call the Intex Consumer Hot line at 1-800-234-6839, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific time.
